FAQ's and What happens next...
Once you have booked and paid you will be sent a Questionnaire to fill in and send back to us.
1. Questionnaire
You’ll receive a short questionnaire to complete in your own time. This helps me understand where you are right now - your holiday plans, what’s working in your wardrobe, what isn’t, and how you want to feel in your clothes moving forward.
2. Holiday Packing
Once your Questionnaire is received you will receive guidance on how to prepare for your virtual Holiday Packing session with Abbey. Calls are run via Zoom and are very interactive. You will be able to ask questions and will leave with ready to pack outfits you'll enjoy wearing on your holiday!
3. Holiday Virtual Shop
Once your Questionnaire is received please allow 3-5 working days for me to complete your Virtual Shop. You will be sent a link to a shoppable board making it easy to choose what to purchase knowing each piece has been chosen just for you.
4. After the Virtual Holiday Shop
Once your items arrive we will arrange a 20-minute check in call which will be run WhatsApp video or phone call for Abbey to answer any questions you may have.
5. Holiday Packing and Holiday Virtual Shop
If booking both styling services sections 1-4 are included.
